What I’m Doing Now

I’m in Singapore, focusing on these priorities:

  1. Creating & following my morning & night rituals including:
    • Doing priming every morning
    • Meditating before sleeping at night for at least 2′
    • Writing my one-sentence journal
    • Reading
  2. Achieving my ideal weight: 68kg (~62kg now)
