My new year resolution is simply in 2 words: Build Habits. I aim at around 5 to 7 habit building this year.
In the past year, I only keep one habit of exercising quite often (but yet not as often as expected) and dropped some other good habits like playing sports, reading books (I did but again not as often as I wanted to). I look forward to have some other exciting activities and hopefully I can make them into my habits this year. Cheers!
